The Evolve Academy is a women’s holistic leadership and development organisation creating transformational learning experiences that help women understand who they are, recognise what they bring, and lead with greater confidence, wellbeing and authenticity.
We believe leadership development shouldn’t begin with teaching women how to become someone else. It should begin by helping them understand themselves.

Through the science of positive psychology, strengths, wellbeing and behavioural development, we create highly interactive programs that move beyond traditional leadership training. Women reflect, connect, experiment, have courageous conversations and translate what they learn into the way they lead, communicate and show up every day.

Our programs explore the human side of leadership: self-awareness, confidence, strengths, communication, resilience, wellbeing, visibility, self-doubt, personal brand, connection and the courage to step outside your comfort zone.

As majority shareholder for the SMART Conference and the SMART Awards, it rebranded the conference and awards under its rebrand to Australasian Supply Chain Institute (ASCI) as the Professional Accreditation Body to reach its mission to professionalise Supply Chain Management in Australasia.
